The 2011 Health and Community Services Workforce Innovation Awards were presented on Thursday 19 May at a Gala Dinner held at the Sebel and Citigate Hotel, Brisbane. Awards were presented across 10 core categories, recognising innovative approaches across a range of workforce areas including management, leadership, recruitment, collaboration, learning and cultural inclusiveness.
A total of 14 winners were recognised during the evening which was attended by over 250 people and featured a keynote address by former Justice of the High Court of Australia, the Honourable Michael Kirby AC CMG.
