This area has much potential for up-skilling existing workforce and providing career pathways for staff. This reform is made possible more broadly across our sectors through the Productivity Placement Program and requires both workplaces and registered training organisations to accommodate this reform and support learning infrastructure through a range of new technologies and skill development.
