    This session will explore the strategies, theories and ideas around critical reflection.  It will assist educators to develop their writing skills, observing skills and thinking when they are engaging in reflection on curriculum and teaching strategies. The session will have examples to explore and critique and will build on skill over all three sessions. It will be expected that participants will completed some tasks in between sessions to gain optimum learning.

This series of professional conversations will allow educational leaders to gain support from one another as they discuss and explore avenues for developing educational leadership strategies. The goal for this series of conversations is to establish a Sunshine Coast Educational Leaders Network, with the network becoming self sufficient after some initial facilitated sessions.
