Training Packages

Training packages are the nationally endorsed resource that training organisations will use to develop training courses.

A training package is not a curriculum package but integrates nationally recognised and endorsed competency standards (either industry or enterprise based), assessment guidelines (developed and agreed by the relevant industry within broad national parameters) and qualifications (under the Australian Qualifications Framework). Training packages encompass a range of outcomes across a number of qualification levels
