Organisation leaders will have the opportunity to expand their thinking and practice in leading private, public and community sector organisations, through the Executive Challenge Academy developed by Archersfield Consulting and Management.
The program allows participants to engage in new thinking and new ways of approaching challenges within their organisation and connecting with innovative leaders from across sectors.
Participants will be able to take part in all modules and additional options as well as attending small group intensive sessions focusing on leadership development.
Each session will feature different facilitators ranging in various degrees of expertise such as organisation effectiveness, corporate sustainability, leadership, managing change and innovation, organisational culture and strategic direction.
This year's program will run from February until December 2011 with monthly workshops taking place throughout the year.
