The Workforce Consultant for this region is Joanne Bourne

The North West Region includes the border communities of Mount Isa, Boulia Diamantina, the Gulf communities of Burke and Carpentaria, as well as the shires of Cloncurry, McKinlay, Richmond, Boulia and Diamantina.

The North West Queensland Coalition's Vision 

The North West Coalition aims to be inclusive of all interests within the region and target group. Decisions will recognise and respect:

• Indigenous issues
• The cultural diversity of the target group
• Rural and remote concerns and issues
• Difference in geographical concerns and issues
• The need for appropriate training
