The Brisbane region covers suburbs within the Brisbane City Council Boundaries. The Brisbane Disability Sector Training Fund (DSTF) develops and provides for carers and workers with workshops, training and self care activities that make their lives and jobs easier. Thus, the role of the Brisbane Region Training coalition is to identify and prioritise training and other skill development needs within the Brisbane region. The Brisbane region has a funding allocation to provide training and skill development according to the prioritised needs.
