The School Based Traineeships in Health Initiative will partner with industry and the education and training sector to enhance the awareness, understanding, benefit and access of school based pathways into health careers; promote good practice and broader application of this practice and identify and advocate for systems change as required. It will identify and enhance access to and scope of health related traineeships within all settings include the rural and remote context.
