The Health Skills Formation Strategy (HSFS) is a completed Initiative which facilitated state-wide strategic engagement on workforce development challenges across the health industry in Queensland. It provided opportunities for the entire health industry, as well as education and training stakeholders, to work together to identify and implement workforce solutions.
The Health Skills Formation Strategy Industry Report 2010 represents the work of the Health Industry Leaders Group and other key stakeholder individuals and groups involved in the Health Skills Formation Strategy. The Report outlines the innovative approach of the Health Skills Formation Strategy collaborative, details the achievements of the project and provides key messages for the future informed by this work.
