CMHWS Leaders Workgroups

The Community Mental Health Workforce Strategy (CMHWS) is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from CEOs, managers, board members and other leaders of NGO mental health organisations who would like to take part in Leaders Workgroups.

Following on from the Community Mental Health Workforce Summit in September 2010, which was attended by over 50 leaders in the Sector, the Leaders Workgroups will guide the development and implementation of the sector-led workforce initiatives that emerged from the Workforce Summit. The Leaders Workgroups will also establish mechanisms to support continuation of collaborative workforce action and ongoing implementation of the Workforce Strategy beyond the life of the project.

This is your chance to use your knowledge, expertise and commitment to the future to make this happen.

For more information or to express your interest in taking part in the group download the CMHWS Leaders Workgroup Information Sheet and return your completed Expression of Interest to the Workforce Council by Monday 14 February 2011.
