Working with the NQF is an ongoing journey, one where we are required to be reflective professionals, making choices and decisions as we strive to improve quality and meet the Standards. These sessions will support you in this journey by providing an opportunity to clarify expectations, reflect on where you have been, where you are going, and share successes and challenges with others.

This 2 part series will clarify expectations around documentation and the NQF and help you to make judgments on exactly what you need and don't need to do.  We will work through practical examples and strategies, and support you in applying these in your own settings, and identify creative ways to put together meaningful documentation that genuinely captures children's learning and at the same time inspires, motivates and reconnects you with your vision and passion in child care.
